POLICY AND FAQ

HALF-DAY CLASS TIMES

Introduction to MAPADOC and MAPADOC ASN half-day (4 hour) classes will run from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET on the assigned dates. All classes are offered online.

FULL-DAY CLASS TIMES

Class hours for full-day (8 hour) classes will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. All classes are offered online. There will be a one-hour lunch break for full-day (8 hour) classes.

Seating is limited and will be assigned upon receipt of payment. You may register online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Participants may cancel, reschedule for a future class, or substitute another attendee into a different course five (5) or more business days prior to the class date without incurring a penalty or cancellation fee. After five (5) business days prior to the class date, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. For all “no shows” there will be a 100% cancellation fee incurred. All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to MAPADOC. Please see above for contact options.

MAPADOC reserves the right to cancel classes up to five (5) business days prior to the class date. If you are registered for a class that is canceled, you will be notified on the deadline date. In the event of a cancellation, MAPADOC will refund the entire class tuition or apply it to a future class. MAPADOC is not liable for any expenses incurred as a result of a class cancellation, including non-refundable airline tickets.
