Retaining customers is a huge focus within today’s economy. By keeping in constant communication with your customers and really digging into their business, we are able to uncover parts of the business we were not aware of … and, by uncovering broken processes, we can help our customers succeed.

In speaking with partners, I find this to be more and more true. For example, during recent conversations, partners want to know how to generate more revenue. My suggestion is look within – and to “farm” your own client base. Ask questions like ”Are they happy with their existing EDI provider?,” “Are they being charged for errors?” and “If they are not integrated are they having manual entry errors?”
