When opening the Invoice History UDF Maintenance utility, the user receives the following error: “No Custom fields have been defined.” This is caused by a user clicking the “UDFs to Display” button in Invoice History UDF Maintenance and then not selecting any UDFs to display.
Open Data File Display and Maintenance (this utility edits the underlying database files within Sage; it is recommended that you involve your Sage reseller to assist) and open the EC_DisplayUDF.M4T file for the company code generating the error. Edit the ‘Display$’ field for the first record and change its value from “0” (zero) to “1” (one). Close Data File Display and Maintenance.
Open Invoice History UDF Maintenance and click the UDFs to Display button. Select all of the header and detail UDFs to be displayed.
