Issue

When clicking the respective Create or Print Labels button in Edit Order Package & Label Data or Bulk Label Printing Selection, nothing happens. This is most likely because the Sage version is incorrect in the Crystal Reports file.

Resolution

Open the Crystal Reports file. From the File menu select Summary Info. The ‘Keywords’ field should say “Converted to version #.##” (with #.## being the Sage 100 version). So if the system is at level 5.40 this should say “Converted to version 5.40”. Click OK, save the report, and try again.

Special Notes for certain Sage 100 versions:
Sage 100 ERP 2013 service update 4 or lower (5.00.4.0 or lower): Converted to version 5.00
Sage 100 ERP 2013 service update 5 or higher (5.00.5.0 or higher): Converted to version 5.00b

Sage 100 ERP 2014 no service update (5.10.0.0): Converted to version 5.10
Sage 100 ERP 2014 service update 1 or higher (5.10.1.0 or higher): Converted to version 5.10b
