Not only do we have a new logo and website, we have an entirely new brand identity!
It’s pretty exciting, but you may be wondering, why the change?
Change is good! Keeping things fresh and current is always positive – and just as we like to keep our software up to date, we figured it was time to update our image as well.
Here’s what you’ll find with the new brand, look, and website.
THE NEW BRAND
A brand is more than just a logo, or a site, or a business card. It’s the way a company approaches everything. You may have heard that we like to make EDI effortless, and our new brand is a reflection of that. The clean look and easy site navigation are there to help make it effortless for you to find what you need – when you need it. Of course, the most important part of the site is the Support page, which you can bookmark for fast, effective support.
THE NEW LOOK
MAPADOC’s new look is, well, rather different than our last look. If you’ve been attending conferences, you’ve seen us in our bright yellow shirts, and you may have a few MAPADOC highlighters on your desk at this point. (If you don’t have one yet, stop by our booth at the next tradeshow you’re at. We’ve been getting a lot of compliments on the highlighters.)
Also, have you noticed that little missing section in the “D” in the MAPADOC logo? That’s there because after thinking and thinking about what the new brand should demonstrate, we determined that MAPADOC was really the missing link for many businesses that run ERP and need to start trading with big-box stores.
As these companies went down the frustrating path of increasing chargebacks, labor-time overages, and too much darn work, their supply chains began to weaken. We determined that once companies implemented MAPADOC’s seamless EDI, companies finally had the missing link that hooked their supply chain together. That little notch missing in the “D” shows that it’s a link.
THE NEW SITE
The most noticeable change for the brand is the new MAPADOC website. As I said earlier, the site is easier to navigate so that you can find what you need faster — and it’s now really cool looking on your smartphone. However, the site really shows what a long way the MAPADOC brand has come in the 17 years we’ve been doing business.
The best thing on our site is those pictures in the headers. All those pictures on the site are our real customers, customers who were kind enough to open their doors and let a photographer come in and document their day-to-day business life on a day back in October 2015. When you land on each page on the site, you’ll see our customers (you may even see yourself!) and that’s because the most important thing about MAPADOC is our customers.
Not only do your continued support give us a reason to keep building a better EDI product every day, your constant, helpful feedback makes that product great. We couldn’t have done any of this without you.
