WHAT DO YOU DO?
I am the new Product Manager for MAPADOC. My primary responsibility is to ensure that MAPADOC continues to meet the needs of our customers.
My focus over the next year will be to learn all about MAPADOC, EDI, and how the EDI requirements are changing as technology changes.
I will be talking to our customers and partners to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you face every day. In addition, I will be working on ways to make your jobs easier such as “Did you know…” articles and videos, training videos on common tasks, and much more. If you have any ideas or requests, please let me know!
WHAT IS YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
I come from 17 years at Sage working in the Rocklin, CA office (also known as the Sage BusinessWorks office). Nine of those years were spent on the Customer Support team where I was a technical support analyst supporting Sage BusinessWorks. For the next eight years, I was a product manager, managing Sage BusinessWorks, Sage BusinessVision, Sage DacEasy, Sage PFW, and Sage Pro.
My most recent projects were Sage Inventory Advisor and connecting Sage CRM Cloud to the Sage Data Cloud, which will provide an integrated Sage CRM system for Sage 100 ERP and Sage 300 ERP customers.
I have a strong accounting and ERP background thanks to my Sage experience. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge into EDI!
WHY DO YOU LOVE YOUR JOB?
I love working with super smart people, customers, and partners, as well as the SWK Technologies folks! I am amazed every day as I watch the ingenious ways you all use the tools you have to solve business problems. One of my favorite tasks is talking to customers and partners and using your suggestions to make products easier to use so they can save you time and reduce errors.
WHAT SHOULD CHANNEL PARTNERS & CUSTOMERS KNOW ABOUT YOU?
Being located in Northern California, I work from home where I have an office in the spare room overlooking the front yard with all the flowers, trees, and birds. My home security systems hang out in their beds strewn around my desk. I apologize in advance if anyone barks while I am on the phone with you!
I pride myself in my customer service and promise to respond quickly and accurately to any communication. I am looking forward to building relationships with the MAPADOC customers and partners.
