Dear Tina:

We’ve been running MAPADOC in production for about four months and love the product. I was wondering if there is any way to run some of the inbound processing steps automatically. It would be great if we could set up the system to automatically bring in purchase orders before office hours. Please let me know if this is something we can do.

Dear Tina:

I am so happy you are pleased with the MAPADOC product. Since you have been in production for a few months, now would be a perfect time to set up automation. As previously discussed, I find that it is best that you learn and understand how MAPADOC works before we setup automated processes. I have attached a document that will walk you through the steps on how to set up the automation.
